LOCATIONS Lower Heyford OX25 5PD BY CAR: From M40 exit at Junction 10 (Ardley) take the B430 to Middleton Stoney turning right on to B4030 at the traffic lights. At Lower Heyford crossroads turn left, we are half a mile down this road on the right. BY TRAIN: We are next door to Heyford Station, which has direct trains connecting with London, Reading, Oxford and Banbury. Sunday trains may operate from May to September - please check before making travel arrangements. BY PLANE: : Fly into either London Heathrow or Gatwick, or Birmingham International. From Heathrow take either the Heathrow Express into London Paddington or the RailAir coach to Reading thence train to Heyford. From London Gatwick take the fast train to Reading, change onto the train to Heyford. From Birmingham International take the train to Banbury, thence local train to Heyford (or a taxi if no train convenient). Bradford on Avon BA15 2EA BY CAR: Bradford on Avon is near Bath. Nearest motorway access is M4 Jct 18. Take the A46 toward Bath, then the A4 toward Chippenham, then after approx 2 miles, turn right onto the A363 into Bradford on Avon town centre. At the town centre, take the B3109 toward Frome and follow for about 1/2 mile until you cross the canal bridge on a sharp double bend. The boatyard is directly after this on the left. BY TRAIN: We are a 1/4mile walk from Bradford on Avon station (taxis available). Trains from Bath take 15 mins. There are direct trains from Bristol and London Paddington to Bath, a taxi from Bath takes about 20min. BY PLANE: Fly into London Heathrow, and take the Heathrow Express to London Paddington, then to Bath (90 mins). If you have lots of luggage we suggest you take the taxi direct from Bath to Bradford on Avon. Note some flights also to Bristol for a much quicker journey to the boats…we recommend a direct taxi to Bradford on Avon at similar cost to taxi/train/taxi option Thrupp OX5 1JZ BY CAR: Thrupp is situated just off the A4260, north of Kidlington. If you are arriving by car, the Canal Centre is at the end of Canal Road, Thrupp. There is plenty of space for parking. B BY TRAIN: We are 15mins taxi journey fromOxford station (taxi rank there). First Great Western run frequent services from London Paddington to Oxford (60mins). Cross Country Trains run services from Birmingham New Street to Oxford (70mins).
